Half-board includes a rich buffet breakfast and a dinner à la carte at our Dolcevita restaurant, where you can enjoy a delicious selection of dishes carefully prepared by our chef.
We have prepared for you a list of partner restaurants that offer our guests discounted rates to provide you with even more options during your stay.
BREAKFAST IN THE GARDEN from 7.30 am until 10.00 am
If it is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, with us you can satisfy your eyes and your palate among the colors and the scents of our garden or at the poolside.!
Choose and enjoy soft croissants, cakes and small homemade pastries, express eggs, juices, pancakes, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit ...
Our team will serve you espresso, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate or fresh citrus juices at the table.
On request you can have room service.

BUFFET DINNER IN THE RESTAURANT from 7.30 pm until 9.00 pm
Every evening at Hotel Alexander, dinner turns into a feast of flavours and colours. Guests gather around the large buffet, eager to discover “what’s delicious today!”
At the entrance, you’ll find two appetizer areas featuring refined entrées, seasonal vegetables, cold cuts, salads, and finger food, all carefully prepared to welcome you in the best way.
At the central buffet, a selection of cheeses awaits, along with our chefs in action, ready to serve you freshly prepared fish and meat dishes with tasty hot sides.
To finish on a sweet note, enjoy our homemade pastries, a wide selection of fresh fruit, and of course ice cream or sorbet.
With so many choices, you can create your own perfect menu every evening, just the way you like it.
And if your birthday falls during your stay — no worries: we’ll take care of the cake!
